News:
David Henson, a partner at Henson and Fuerst and a Phi Alpha Delta brother, will be visiting our chapter in Chapel Hill on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Saunders 213 to discuss his experiences related to law school and his career as an attorney. He obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees from UNC Chapel Hill. Mr. Henson will provide a valuable perspective as someone who has achieved great success in the field of law. This will be our last speaker of the year, so all PAD members and potential new members are encouraged to attend. Time will be reserved at the end for questions. Attire is business casual.
Mr. Henson's credentials include:
- Recipient of the Order of Service from the North Carolina
Academy of Trial Lawyers (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011)
- 2011 Heavy Lifting Award from the American Association for
Justice
- Best Lawyers in America (2012)
- Avvo Rating 10/10
- The National Trial Lawyers-Top 40 under 40 Award
- Former P.A.D. Law School Chapter Justice
- Outstanding District Justice for Phi Alpha Delta while he was
overseeing, as a volunteer, all of the law schools in North and
South Carolina.
